This is one of our very favorite stories. We worked for almost 6 months to get this claim approved. In those 6 months we replaced 5 neighbors roofs that were fully funded by the homeowners insurance companies due to wind and hail damage. She had more damage than any of her neighbors but was denied by Allstate multiple times. Through or expertise and experience we were able to get the roof approved for a full replacement and turn one of our most skeptical customers into one of the happiest customers we’ve ever had!

Meet Carol…

Meet Carol. Carol was unfortunately the victim of one of the many recent severe storms to hit the Birmingham, AL area. We helped her through the claims process, selecting shingles that were right for her home and supervised the installation on her roof replacement. Not only did we do a full roof replacement but because of the hail putting chips in the paint on her home we were able to get her insurance to pay to repaint her entire house! Talk about a full makeover! As you all know, Birmingham, Tuscaloosa, Pell City, Moody and many other cities across Alabama have experienced nature’s fury at its worst this year and we want you all to know that Authentic Restoration is committed to helping with the recovery process. We are currently working towards sponsoring a build with Habitat for Humanity and establishing a long term relationship with them in the Birmingham area.
